Bachelor of politics

India, my motherland. gone were the days when we argued about why India is
still in develping countries list, in block 5 and 7 of AU hostels.
everyone had their own thoughts, but all the thoughts narrowed down to two major issues. one is India's population, and the other is the Indian politics.

First, let me tell something about the population. India often boasts about the
human resources available and the quality of each people. To me, I feel that the
quality is being eclipsed by the quantity of the people. as the head count increases
basic requirements for food, shelter, employment.... keeps increasing and
of course, we are not able to meet this requirement.

Although india is the seventh biggest country in the world, the cultivable
land space is less, even if it is available it will be under some problem
and less funds to improve the quality of the cultivated food.

considering north india, Kashmir problem is a major problem and most of
the funds needs to be allocated for defence and for day to day threats,
same with the case with east india. considering south india, there is always
some communal problems and race problems (aryans and dravidians, still!!!),
and regional problem (kaveri water dispute) and lots of funds and energy
is wasted solving these problems, instead they can be used for getting
basic amenities. So, inorder to tackle the increasing population, we need to
solve the communal problems and regional problems at first place.

Now, comes the second issue into picture. In most of these communal problems,
politicians role is major. If you take north india, the issue would be raman
temple and babri masjid, if you take south the issue would be cauvery water issue.
and these politicians campaign and sustain their throne using these issues,
and spend less time in these.

The solution that immediately pops on the top of mind is recruiting PMs, CMs,
ministers, only if they are literated. My strong belief was illiteracy
in the government circle is the major reason for these things. even I was thinking
of a new course which only teaches politics, Bachelor of politics.

But I was shocked when I heard that a party with more number of corrupts is from
lalloo's team, and also it is the party with maximum number literates among all
the parties in india. Literacy should be injected to commoner as well,
so that atleast, they can choose their well-wishers, deliberately.

I feel that there is a big hole in democracy. it says it is for the people,
by the people, and of the people. and the most funny thing is people exploits
democracy. there should be strict rules, hard and fast, to make people abide
the rules of the government. the number of decision makers should be decreased,
so that we can arrive at some conclusions faster and will reach people fast.
I am not saying some sort of autocracy or dictatorship, but tuning the demcoratic principles.

Personally, I feel that communism is the best.

But I know that it is tangential what's happening in india, and quite difficult
to implement.

The last thing to say : unless we realize ourselves we cannot make india a super power, even in 2020. realization should come from oneself. just think of a country
like japan, which was in bad shape, before 50 years, when we were in the same
position. now, japan has grown to an extent, which will take india for another 15
to 20 years, to reach.

let us keep japan as our role model, and in future other countries will keep us,
as their role model.
